Explanation: Test the product: winePeriod: From 18 May 2005 to 28 June 2005Journey: From South Africa to USA Three data loggers were placed in the different positions in the container  Position of Data A Loggers in the container1.This logger was placed outside the Envirotuff liner and stuck onto the inside of the roof. 2.The temperatures experienced are almost unbelievable, with the max. temp of 73.1 degrees celcius on 21 June 2005. Explanation: Products : Lauric Acid WPeriod : 4 Jun 04 – 19 July 04 Shipment : Malaysia to USAMelting temp: 43 ℃ Data Logger Position:One 20ft container installed with ETL liner, 20 pallets of lauric acid were shipped with this liner from Port Klang to USA.Two pieces of data logger were installed, one inside the liner area and one in the air gap, to monitor the container temperature and humidity for the whole journey.    Trial Result:Maximum temperature recorded for air gap is 54.7℃, minimum is 13.4℃.Maximum temperature for insulated area is 38.1 ℃, minimum is 17.9℃. MATERIAL EVALUATION AFTER ARRIVED USA:No melting and caking problem when material arrived USA.
